Rules about lightsaber crystals

There are always lots of questions about lightsaber crystals. Which colours are good and which aren’t. We’ve gone to considerable lengths to separate the gems from the junk. We divided them into three categories.
I. RECOMMENDED: These are particularly good and highly suitable for Jedi RP. We recommend using these, they’re simply the best around.
II. ALLOWED: These aren’t ideal and not particularly recommended. That said, they are okay and allowed as well.
III. NOT ALLOWED: These are bad to disastrous for Jedi RP and not allowed.
Please keep in mind that new colour crystals are brought out regularly, so the list may not have all crystals in the game.

II. Allowed, but not recommended:
Predacious Gold Green
III. Not Allowed
– Red crystals are associated with synthetic crystal production and the Sith.
– Crystals with black elements cannot exist. It’s not possible to emit a light that has no luminosity. The same applies for grey, it’s not possible to emit a light that has no colour saturation.
– Crystals with a core that is darker than the outside do not make any sense in lore. The core is the hottest and brightest. The blade radiates at less intensity towards the outside.
– Very immersion breaking colour crystals are not permitted. This keeps out a few freakish combinations that are so bizarre that they harm RP.
